The owner dashboard is not linked from the public storefront and is protected by authentication. Administrative access should be limited to authorised staff using strong, confidential credentials.

Order totals and discounts are recalculated on the server.
Customer and administrative inputs are validated before processing.
Owner authentication uses an HTTP-only browser cookie.
The production service should always be delivered through HTTPS.

Do not send payment-card details, passwords or medical records through the contact form.
Verify unexpected messages that claim to concern an order.
Use the official Contact us page if you are unsure about a communication.

Report a concern

If you notice suspicious behaviour, an unexpected order message or a possible privacy issue, tell us with as much non-sensitive detail as possible.
